When active treatment ends, the goals shift. The focus moves from maintaining weight and managing side effects to reducing the risk of recurrence and supporting long-term health.

Go gently. Many survivors find that appetite, taste and digestion take months to normalize. Rebuild habits slowly, one meal at a time.
